User Accounts

To use our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Comply with these terms and all applicable laws

Artist Responsibilities

As an artist on our platform, you agree to:

  • Deliver artwork that meets the agreed specifications and quality standards
  • Complete commissions within the agreed timeframe
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with commissioners
  • Only create and sell original work or work for which you have proper rights
  • Honor refund policies and handle disputes professionally

Client Responsibilities

As a client on our platform, you agree to:

  • Make payments according to the agreed terms and schedule
  • Provide clear specifications and timely feedback to artists
  • Respond to artist queries and revision requests promptly
  • Use commissioned artwork according to agreed usage rights
  • Treat artists with respect and professionalism

Payment Terms

All transactions on our platform are subject to the following terms:

Platform Fees

We charge a service fee on completed transactions to maintain and improve our platform services.

  • All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems
  • Large commissions may use milestone-based payment schedules
  • Payment disputes will be mediated by our support team

Refund Policy

General Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only provided when artists fail to deliver commissioned artwork as agreed.

Our refund policy is designed to protect both artists and commissioners while maintaining fair business practices:

  • Full refund available if artist fails to deliver commissioned artwork within agreed timeframe
  • Refunds may be granted if artist materially breaches the commission agreement
  • No refunds for client's change of mind after work has begun
  • No refunds once commissioned artwork has been completed and delivered as specified
  • All refund requests must go through our dispute resolution process

Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights are crucial in commission artwork. Unless otherwise specified in the commission agreement:

Artists retain copyright to their original creations, while commissioners receive usage rights as specified in their agreement. Both parties must respect intellectual property laws.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between artists and commissioners, we provide:

  • Mediation services to facilitate communication between parties
  • Neutral third-party review of disputed transactions
  • Refund processing when appropriate according to platform policies
  • Account suspension for users who violate terms repeatedly

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following types of content and conduct are prohibited on our platform:

  • Illegal content or activities
  • Harmful, threatening, or harassing behavior
  • Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
  • Adult content (subject to platform policies)
  • Spam, fraud, or misleading information

Limitation of Liability

Our platform serves as an intermediary between artists and commissioners. We are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or disputes regarding individual commissions. Users engage in transactions at their own risk, and we provide the platform 'as is' without warranties.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform community. Users may also delete their accounts at any time, subject to completion of ongoing commission obligations.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
